Extremely disappointed. Collision mitigation system not working so I took it into Findley Honda Henderson. The service tech said that the radar was out of alignment, due to front end impact. This van is brand new and has not had any front impacts. They wanted almost $500 to align this.

Findley Honda is a great place to take your Honda. I'm a teacher and I get out of work later in the afternoon. It's so nice to know that I can go into the express service line at Findley Honda and get a quick oil change or whatever I need to figure out why the engine light is on. Front CV axles and 4 wheel brake job. All work done properly and efficiently. Labor rates were high as expected but worth the peace of mind to get the job done right with the right parts and tools.

Went in for a recall. My service agent, Antonio, was fabulous. Easy check in, check out and everything was great. He is personable, knowledgeable and I enjoy dealing with him.
Judy Tweedy took exceptional care of us on 9/24/25. I went in needing my battery replaced as soon as possible as I had an emergency. After mentioning my situation to Judy I was out of there in under half an hour! Amazing staff working that day!

While traveling from Utah on vacation we woke one morning (Sunday) in Las Vegas to a dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree! Every warning that could light up, did. Made an appointment to check the under carriage because the cover had come loose. I arrived to a smiley face his name is Andrew. He greeted me with an upbeat attitude and I let him know the reason for my visit. He proceeded to tell me that would be an easy fix after I explained what happened. The clips for the under carriage were replaced in 20 mins and I was back on the road. Great service from Findlay Honda every-time! Thank you Andrew in the service department. You are a rockstar!
